Job Description

Join a public organization responsible for the maintenance, security, and improvement of strategic bridges and infrastructures as a Procurement Clerk supporting the procurement department.

Responsibilities

  • Creating suppliers and managing orders in SAP.
  • Monitoring price requests and analyzing variances.
  • Preparing pre-authorized payments (DPP).
  • Supporting inventory management (furniture, access cards, stationery, etc.).
  • Producing technical reports and documents.
  • Collaborating with administrative teams.

Qualifications

  • Technical diploma in procurement or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of public procurement process.
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, autonomy, and organizational skills.
  • Eligible to work in Canada and able to commute to Longueuil office three times a week.
