Steel Space Concepts is looking for a dynamic and creative Event Project Coordinator to join our growing team. If you are passionate about events and experiential marketing, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities

Planning & coordination of projects in collaboration with the production team
Supervising project execution and ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets
Financial analysis, cost tracking, and budget projections
Field installation coordination and event management
Vendor relationships management and contract negotiation
Sales support in finalizing submissions

Qualifications

2-5 years experience in project management, preferably in events or marketing
DEC, BAC, or Master's degree in project management, administration, marketing, or communication
Strong organizational skills, creativity, problem-solving ability
Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
Interest in technical projects and materials knowledge (an asset)
Bilingual in French/English
