Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Finance Manager to join our team in South Shore. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial reporting, internal controls, ERP systems, and the manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities

  • Review monthly P&L statements and prepare reports for stakeholders
  • Perform month-end tasks including journal entries and financial reporting
  • Maintain accounting and audit schedules; coordinate with external auditors
  • Support insurance programs and manage local certificates
  • Analyze revenue contracts, track revenue accurately, and manage inventory costing
  • Assist in budget and forecast preparation through data analysis
  • Handle special projects and support finance initiatives as needed

Qualifications

  • CPA with 5+ years of finance or accounting experience
  • Strong understanding of financial reports and internal controls
  • Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing sector
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Skilled in analysis, problem-solving, and communication
  • Able to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic setting
