Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and monitor project progress while adhering to deadlines, budget, and regulations.
Design plans and specifications for road infrastructure construction.
Create subdivision plans in collaboration with surveyors.
Negotiate zoning for project development with relevant authorities.
Periodically inspect sites to ensure accuracy of ongoing work from preliminary phases to final completion.
Prepare various technical reports.
Monitor project budgets.
Act as main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders related to infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

Degree in civil engineering or related field.
Member of the OIQ or in the process of obtaining the title in the coming months.
Two to three years of project management experience in construction.
Proficient in Autocad and Civil 3D software.
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for regular site visits.
Interest in real estate and chalet industry (an asset).
