Responsibilities

  • Manage the rental needs for furniture, dishes, equipment, and structures for events.
  • Develop floor plans in collaboration with project managers.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with rental suppliers.
  • Participate in budget management for rentals and make optimization recommendations.
  • Ensure logistical and administrative follow-up of rental files.
  • Be present at key events (as needed) to supervise set-up.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in event rentals (essential).
  • Strong understanding of logistical needs related to catering and events.
  • Knowledge of floor plan creation tools (an asset).
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage priorities, and attention to detail.
  • Initiative and ability to quickly resolve unforeseen issues.
  • Ability to work in a team in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Fluency in French (oral and written), English is an asset.
