Responsibilities

Manage the rental needs for furniture, dishes, equipment, and structures for events.
Develop floor plans in collaboration with project managers.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with rental suppliers.
Participate in budget management for rentals and make optimization recommendations.
Ensure logistical and administrative follow-up of rental files.
Be present at key events (as needed) to supervise set-up.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in event rentals (essential).
Strong understanding of logistical needs related to catering and events.
Knowledge of floor plan creation tools (an asset).
Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage priorities, and attention to detail.
Initiative and ability to quickly resolve unforeseen issues.
Ability to work in a team in a constantly evolving environment.
Fluency in French (oral and written), English is an asset.
