Manage multiple high-end corporate events from needs assessment to on-site execution.
Coordinate event logistics including menus, staff, equipment, deliveries, schedules, and on-site coordination.
Create customized proposals for corporate clients.
Maintain client relationships throughout the process.
Collaborate with kitchen, service, and rental teams.
Manage project budgets and ensure profitability.
Identify new business opportunities within the corporate network.
Attend major events on-site.
Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate catering service.
Experience managing large-scale events (1000+ attendees).
In-depth knowledge of event venues in Montreal.
Excellent sales, coordination, and client relationship skills.
Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
Autonomy, attention to detail, initiative.
Interest in business development and acquiring new clients.
Fluency in French and English.
