Job Description

Vibac Group, a global leader in Pressure Sensitive Self-Adhesive Tapes and Packaging Films, is seeking a Customer Account Manager / Sales Coordinator to lead North American operations.

Responsibilities

Lead, train, and inspire a team of CAS professionals
Manage escalations and key accounts for exceptional service
Align operations with Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams
Optimize internal processes, KPIs, and team performance
Support sales strategy, onboarding, and inventory forecasting
Represent Vibac at industry events and trade shows

Qualifications

Trilingual (English, French, Spanish)
3-5 years in a B2B customer service leadership role
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
ERP proficiency & Excel-savvy
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
Willingness to travel (up to 15%)
