Responsibilities

Produce monthly and annual financial statements
Analyze financial statements and prepare reports to support decision-making
Collaborate on annual/forecast budget planning and monitoring
Ensure accuracy of financial data through account reconciliations
Supervise accounting operations and team
Participate in year-end file preparation and external audits
Manage cash flow and liquidity tracking
Develop, improve, and support financial policies and accounting processes
Act as a resource for team members
Optimize key performance indicators for decision-making
Submit monthly tax reports

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting
5+ years of experience
Experience managing a small team
Strong computer skills
