  • Ensure smooth kitchen operations in terms of hygiene, food safety, and MAPAQ standards.
  • Supervise the kitchen department budget, control food costs, optimize expenses, and maximize revenues.
  • Manage production for banquets and events, ensuring proper execution and team management.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience as a sous chef or similar role.
  • Team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead kitchen staff.
  • Thorough knowledge of culinary techniques, food hygiene standards, and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment and open kitchen.
  • Creativity and passion for culinary innovation.
  • Availability to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays.
