Manage the recruitment process from planning to integration
Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies
Provide guidance to managers on HR practices and policies
Handle onboarding and integration processes
Monitor CNESST cases
Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices
Participate in company visibility and networking activities
Perform other related tasks as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations or related field
Minimum 3 years of HR experience
Strong team player with excellent organizational skills
Autonomous and detail-oriented
