Join our team as a Client Experience Agent at Point S, Distribution Stox et RSSW. Provide high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer and representative inquiries
Process invoices, credits, and returns in the system
Follow up with carriers
Conduct research on our website
Complete various administrative tasks

Qualifications

High school diploma
Bilingual in French and English
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Customer service oriented
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a team
Knowledge of automotive wheels and accessories is an asset
At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role
