Job Description

Responsibilities

Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions
Resolve customer concerns and escalate when necessary
Promote banking solutions and achieve business objectives
Connect with customers to advise on banking solutions
Contribute to a positive work environment and team effectiveness
Recommend operational improvements for customer experience

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent
1+ years of relevant experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in MS Office and internet usage
Excellent communication skills
