Job Description

Responsibilities

Ensure store meets company objectives and key performance indicators.
Lead the store by distributing tasks effectively, including policies, loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling.
Participate in recruitment, performance management, training, and development of sales-focused candidates.
Implement merchandising strategies in a clean, welcoming environment to enhance customer shopping experience.
Establish open and effective communication with store manager and district manager.

Qualifications

1-2 years of team leadership or supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
Proven ability to lead teams to sales success.
High school diploma or equivalent required, post-secondary education an asset.
Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment while providing exceptional customer service.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
