Job Description

IPS is seeking a dynamic Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial equipment while providing exceptional customer service. Join our team and work alongside industry-leading technicians using the latest tools and technology.

Responsibilities

Assist technicians with service mandates and on-site work at customer locations.
Intervene in power electricity to solve technical issues during emergency calls.
Perform electrical and mechanical tests, repairs, and maintenance on high voltage equipment.
Occasionally work in the workshop for tasks like control wiring, electrical testing on power equipment, and transformer repairs.
Manage various technical mandates at customer sites.
Write detailed technical reports.

Qualifications

College diploma in Electrotechnology.
Class 5 driver's license.
High integrity, prioritizing safety, teamwork, customer focus, entrepreneurial spirit, effective communication, curiosity, and continuous learning.
