Job Description

We are seeking a Plant HR Manager to provide bilingual HR support for multiple plant locations. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and French.

Responsibilities

  • Handle employee relations activities at designated plant locations
  • Ensure compliance with HR legislation and regulations
  • Conduct surveys on employee morale and local employment issues
  • Assist with local hourly recruiting activities
  • Provide counseling to employees and management on various HR matters

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Master's Degree and HR certification preferred
