Responsibilities

Ensure store meets company goals and key performance indicators.
Implement company policies and procedures while contributing to loss prevention, payroll, reports, and planning.
Coach, mentor, and provide real-time feedback to team members.
Maintain effective communication with store management and district leadership.

Qualifications

At least 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
Experience in mobilizing a team towards a common goal.
High school diploma or equivalent certificate.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while creating exceptional customer experiences.
Ability to work evenings and weekends.
