Ensure the store meets company objectives and key performance indicators
Lead the store by implementing company policies, procedures, and contributing to loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and planning
Implement marketing strategies while providing a clean, consistent, and welcoming environment for customers
Train, coach, and provide real-time feedback to team members
Maintain effective and open communication with store management and district leadership

At least 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment
Experience in mobilizing a team towards a common goal
High school diploma or equivalent certificate
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while committing to exceptional customer experience
Ability to work evenings and weekends

Competitive starting rate of $17.90 per hour (rate may be higher based on experience)
