Job Description

Join CONC as a Breaking Barriers Program Supervisor in Rexdale to oversee a program focused on stabilization, wellness, and housing for clients facing systemic barriers.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of Life Management, Health & Wellness, Income Security, Settlement, and Housing supports

Supervise and mentor staff, students, volunteers, and program consultants

Oversee day-to-day program operations, crisis response, and incident management

Develop and strengthen partnerships with external community agencies

Conduct program evaluations and contribute to agency reporting and funding requirements

Foster a client-centered, trauma-informed, and harm-reduction focused service environment

Promote continuous service improvement aligned with CONC's strategic plan

Represent CONC at meetings, networks, and collaborative initiatives

Qualifications

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field

Minimum 1-2 years of program management and front-line supervision experience

At least 5 years of experience working with vulnerable populations

Strong leadership, critical thinking, and crisis management skills

Knowledge of harm reduction, trauma-informed care, housing supports, and community development

Commitment to anti-racism, anti-oppression, and inclusive leadership

First Aid & CPR, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, and Trauma-Informed Care Training (required)
