We are seeking a Cultivation Manager to oversee our cannabis cultivation department in Fredericton, NB, ensuring the highest quality product.
Leading the Company's cannabis cultivation department at its facility in Fredericton.
Managing cultivation team members and overseeing their work.
Coordinating with HR for onboarding, review, discipline, and coaching.
Managing IPM and fertigation schedules.
Training staff on standard operating procedures and compliance software.
Monitoring plant health, ensuring supplies are stocked, and optimizing grow-room spaces.
Collaborating with BAS, Facility Managers, and senior management for cultivation environments.
Reporting cultivation trends and working with Post-Production Manager.
Participating in educational programs and maintaining EUGMP certification.
Coordinating with sanitation staff and other assigned duties.
Ability to obtain security clearance, attention to detail, and high computer literacy.
Prior cannabis experience, ability to perform repetitive tasks, and work in a regulated environment.
Knowledge of cannabis equipment, OH&S regulations, and physically demanding work environment.
Standing for extended periods, hand-eye coordination, and wearing required PPE.
Exposure to cannabis smells, pollen, chemicals, and other grow facility hazards.
