Brandt is seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Finance Manager to oversee the development and execution of retail financing initiatives.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and French is essential, with strong written and verbal communication
• Strong understanding of financial products such as loans, leases, and vendor financing
• Proven experience in B2B sales, or outside sales is a must
• Business Development acumen with a capacity to generate leads through customer prospection
• Ability to drive profitability through effective financing strategies and customer relationships
• Relationship Building
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Team player with attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to multi-task are essential
• Adaptable and organized in a fast-paced environment
• Punctual with strong customer service and prioritization skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strategic approach to sales and business development
• Previous experience in the heavy equipment industry is considered an asset
