Job Description

Lead a team in achieving store objectives, sales, and profit goals in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.

Responsibilities

Ensure store success by directing and leading the team
Provide store leadership and balance company policies
Implement merchandise strategies and maintain a clean store environment
Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
Communicate effectively with Store Manager and District Manager

Qualifications

At least 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience in customer experience-based environment
Experience mobilizing a team towards a common goal
High School graduate or GED equivalent
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Availability to work evenings and weekends
