Job Description

Join our team as an IT Operations Specialist III in Calgary. Focus on strategic IT leadership, enterprise infrastructure design, and advanced cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

Enhance efficiency and alignment with organizational goals through process improvement
Design robust security strategies to safeguard data integrity
Investigate new technologies to add value to the business
Ensure high-quality, reliable systems and services through proactive problem-solving
Design complex system architectures for seamless integration
Build cooperation, motivation, and confidence within the team

Qualifications

Advanced degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
ITIL Expert certification preferred
8+ years in IT operations or senior IT roles
Proficiency in networking fundamentals, M365, and automation tools
Experience with Azure Automation, Fortigate, Splunk, SD-WAN technologies
Strong communication and leadership skills
