Join our team at La Cord?e, an outdoor enthusiast store, as a Store Section Manager. This temporary position involves overseeing the organization, coordination, and operations of a specific store section, focusing on technical aspects, customer relations, and team management.

Responsibilities

Coordinate general operations of a store section
Act as a resource person for section operations and results
Plan schedules based on budget and sales forecasts
Ensure compliance with store operational policies and procedures
Communicate effectively within teams and other departments
Analyze weekly section sales
Plan staffing needs, participate in hiring, and manage HR
Maintain attractive sales spaces aligned with sales strategies
Ensure quality customer service throughout the store
Enforce health and safety standards
Protect assets and maintain accurate inventory
Provide training, supervision, motivation, and coaching to staff

Qualifications

College or university degree
Minimum 1 year in a similar role
Fluency in French and English
