Job Description

Auth0 is seeking a Social Media Lead to be in charge of Auth0's Social Media Strategy, tell the Auth0 story to developers across all of the Auth0 social channels, and maintain a vibrant community and conversations across developer-related channels.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute Auth0's global social media strategy across various platforms.
  • Craft creative, on-brand content for Auth0's social accounts.
  • Identify content to promote and on which channel.
  • Develop processes to scale social media function.
  • Collaborate with internal partners for cross-promotional efforts.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and recommend innovative campaigns.
  • Set goals, measure, optimize, and manage a Social Media Manager.
  • Answer developer questions found on social media and drive feedback to product teams.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of hands-on social media experience.
  • 3+ years of experience leading and managing others.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Developer community.
  • Ability to create content in multiple formats.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools.
  • Technical understanding of the Identity landscape preferred.
