Job Description

HR Project Partners is recruiting a service coordinator to assist the Building Management Services and Operations in delivering superior service to clients through strong resource coordination.

Responsibilities

Receive client requests (service calls) and ensure they are addressed.
Manage and ensure the application development cycle according to established management protocols (ERP).
Plan and prepare annual, monthly, and weekly execution plans for scheduled service visits in maintenance contracts.
Coordinate work planning and material needs for technicians.
Communicate daily with technical teams to ensure technician schedules are followed.

Qualifications

Degree in project management, logistics, engineering technology; relevant experience may replace educational requirements.
1-4 years of relevant experience in facilities/service management operations.
Intermediate skills in Foxit PDF, Microsoft Office.
Bilingual in French and English.
