Responsibilities

Handle screening of potential clients
Diligently gather evidence, evaluate damages, and record injuries and expenses
Take a file from intake to resolution, updating the client regularly
Review medical documents, draft pleadings and motions, interview witnesses
Prepare legal documents, accident benefits forms, mediation and pre-trial documents
Maintain accurate and organized case files

Qualifications

3+ years experience in personal injury, accident benefits, and insurance defense litigation
Great interpersonal communication skills
Ability to analyze complex legal issues and draft clear legal documents
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Highly skilled in meeting deadlines and performing accurate work
Detail-oriented, analytical, and organized
