Multy is a global manufacturer of Outdoor Living and garden products, committed to sustainability and design. We are seeking a Transportation & Logistics Manager to oversee cross-border logistics, fleet performance, and compliance in multiple countries.
1. Oversee daily transportation operations across North America and Europe.
2. Develop and implement optimized route planning and load management strategies.
3. Ensure compliance with transportation regulations in Canada, the U.S., and EU/Poland.
4. Lead and mentor regional logistics teams.
5. Negotiate and manage contracts with carriers and vendors.
1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
2. 7+ years of experience in transportation/logistics management.
3. Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and customs procedures.
4. Experience with TMS, ERP systems, and fleet tracking platforms.
5. PMP or APICS/CSCP certification is an asset.
