Job Description

Employezz is seeking an experienced SAP Organizational Change Management Consultant for a long-term project in Toronto, ON. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in change management methods and strategy, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead complex organizational change projects.

Responsibilities

Implement change management strategies and methods
Facilitate and coach stakeholders through the change process
Build collaborative relationships with various stakeholders
Lead change-related practices such as communications planning and training design

Qualifications

Minimum 10+ years of experience in change management
Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
Proven ability to work with senior and executive-level stakeholders
Knowledge of Ontario Human Rights Code and accessibility requirements
