Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the daily, biannual, and annual preventive maintenance of our machining equipment and building. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the maintenance team, updating procedures, planning maintenance schedules, and ensuring continuous improvement in maintenance processes.

Responsibilities

Manage the maintenance team
Update maintenance procedures and schedules
Plan and perform maintenance on machinery and building equipment
Manage critical spare parts stock
Supervise maintenance subcontractors
Generate maintenance reports
Inspect and repair malfunctioning equipment
Read technical plans

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in a similar role
Ability to supervise and train a team
Comfortable with manual work and management tasks
Experience in an industrial setting
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
