Responsibilities

Ensure collection and follow-up of accounts receivable.
Conduct risk analysis.
Open and maintain customer records.
Assist internal and external clients in reconciling customer accounts.
Make phone calls to clients regarding accounts.

Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years experience in accounts receivable, specifically in collections.
Proficiency in various computer systems.
Bilingual in French and English.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
