Join us at DELPHARM, a major player in the pharmaceutical subcontracting market, as a Production Supervisor - Filling. Our site in Boucherville is one of the largest sterile pharmaceutical factories in the country.

Responsibilities

Implement production plans and make necessary adjustments to achieve results
Anticipate potential difficulties and provide appropriate solutions
Communicate with support groups and other supervisors
Manage human and material resources to achieve objectives
Ensure quality production following good manufacturing practices
Identify opportunities for performance improvement and cost optimization

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in sciences, engineering, or related field
4-7 years of personnel management experience
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and workplace safety
Strong communication skills in French
Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and Excel
