Job Description

Join our team at MSB as a Financial Analyst responsible for evaluating financial performance across the company and providing insightful recommendations.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with department heads to build budgets
Develop monthly reports and analyses
Create and maintain financial performance indicators
Manage project profitability analysis
Provide recommendations to management
Analyze and validate monthly inventory valuation
Evaluate financial risks and financing scenarios
Analyze investment projects and tenders
Support accounting closures
Optimize information systems and data reliability
Develop management tools and procedures
Contribute to company performance improvement
Lead special projects and ad hoc analyses

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in a similar role
Knowledge of Canadian and American regulations
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Acomba accounting software
Knowledge of SAGE X3 software is a plus
Functional bilingualism in French and English
