Job Description

Seeking a passionate System Integrator/Software Trainer to join our dynamic team. If you are an expert in B2B software integration and enjoy helping clients optimize their processes, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

Provide support, training, and integration of our software for corporate clients.
Train users and assist in integrating business processes.
Offer post-deployment support and resolve technical issues.
Analyze and optimize clients' business processes through our software solutions.
Collaborate with project management, development, and quality assurance teams.
Write clear and concise documentation (user guides, FAQs, etc.).
Assist clients in achieving their goals using our solutions.
Manage complex integration projects and perform data migrations.
Conduct webinars and online demonstrations.
Define and execute project implementation plans.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the B2B SaaS sector.
5+ years of experience in client deployment support.
Proven experience in software implementation project management.
Familiarity with Windows Server/Services, Web services/applications, and mobile applications (Android & iOS).
Experience in client support (level 2 or 3).
Knowledge of databases (SQL), scripts, and APIs.
Understanding of business software (ERP, CRM, SaaS).
Experience in training and change management.
Knowledge of accounting or finance software.
