Job Description

Responsibilities

Analyze and prepare journal entries in PDI for Canada, Liability accounts
Analyze and prepare balance sheet account reconciliations in BlackLine
Prepare period-end processes
Deposit and code payroll-related payments
Review discrepancies and recommend intervention procedures
Participate in projects and activities as required

Qualifications

Diploma of Collegial Studies in administration, accounting option OR equivalent experience
Minimum of ten (10) years' experience in a similar role
Experience with Workday, BlackLine, PDI and SharePoint an asset
Excellent command of Microsoft Office software
Bilingualism required (Advanced French and English)
