Responsibilities

Inform and promote products to customers based on their needs
Check inventory, prepare quotes, take orders, and enter them into the system
Follow up on customer project schedules
Ensure profitable pricing management
Provide exceptional customer service
Develop and maintain good business relationships with customers
Occasional travel to customer sites
Achieve set targets and objectives
Support other team members
Maintain relationships with various departments
Use department tools as prescribed
Perform other related tasks as needed

Qualifications

Sales and customer service experience
Knowledge of CVAC-R (plumbing an asset)
DEC in building mechanics (an asset)
Initiative, autonomy, dynamism, and interpersonal skills
Decision-making ability
Effective time management
Attention to detail
Functional bilingualism
