Job Description

Join Couche-Tard/Circle K as a District Manager in Victoria, BC to oversee the efficient and profitable operation of approximately 10-13 stores within the Western Canada Operations Team.

Responsibilities

Support a group of store operators (10-13) on all aspects of store operations.
Prioritize customer service and resolve escalated customer concerns.
Conduct district meetings, deliver training initiatives, and inform store operators of directives.
Supervise store operations, including housekeeping, stock levels, and enforcing corporate policies.
Monitor sales, competitive pricing, sales incentives, and promotional programs.
Execute security, mystery shop, health and safety programs.
Participate in recruitment, selection, and development of store operators and managers.
Minimize loss prevention and enforce inventory control.
Ensure operational compliance with franchised Subway Restaurant locations.
Responsible for P&L, CTO responsibilities, top line sales achievement, and contract execution.
Follow merchandising programs, store sets, and store renovations.
Complete any special projects as directed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
3-5 years of management experience in retail or food services environment.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and superior communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Valid driver's license with a clean abstract.
