Job Description

The Communications & Engagement Manager at Employezz will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, overseeing content creation, managing events, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring brand consistency.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communications plan
Oversee all marketing activities including digital marketing and social media
Create compelling content for various platforms
Lead marketing efforts for fundraising events
Cultivate relationships with stakeholders and partners
Ensure consistent branding across all platforms

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
3-5 years of experience in marketing or communications
Strong storytelling and content creation skills
Experience with digital marketing and analytics tools
