Job Description

Join our client, a leading civil contracting and excavation company, as a Project Manager Estimator. This role involves overseeing projects in the local area and reporting to the General Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate project needs and performance with Supervisors, Foreman, and other Project Managers
  • Issue purchase orders and subcontracts as required
  • Create and maintain project schedules
  • Liaise with clients and attend site meetings
  • Seek out new work and tenders

Qualifications

  • Minimum five (5) years in a similar estimating/project manager role
  • Experience in civil/underground/mechanical construction
  • Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong understanding of job costing and change management
  • Dedicated, committed, and safety conscious
  • Proficient in MS Office
