- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management or consulting
- Strong knowledge of construction, contract, and procurement law
- Structured, goal-oriented work approach
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in German and English
