Job Description

Tochtech Technologies is seeking a Deployment & Support Specialist with experience in implementing IT devices at client sites and providing exceptional customer support. This role will involve device deployment, installation, technical support, and documentation maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and configure business portals and prepare devices for deployment
  • Conduct on-site installation or delivery of devices
  • Provide technical support for client managers and business clients
  • Maintain detailed records of all installations and deployments

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years experience in technical support or IT services
  • Experience in healthcare industry is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
