Responsibilities

Structure and coach the accounting team for operational excellence.
Develop effective financial tools and implement key indicators to support growth strategy.
Act as a key player in treasury management, financing, and development projects.
Be a strategic partner to senior management in key business decisions.
Implement robust financial practices tailored to a growing manufacturing company.

Qualifications

University degree in Accounting (BAC) and CPA designation.
7+ years experience in a strategic financial management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated expertise in team management, project financing, and organizational growth.
Proficiency in Power BI and advanced reporting tools.
Functional English to communicate effectively with American partners.
Strong leadership, hands-on approach, and ability to constructively challenge management for business success.
