Job Description

Seeking a Bilingual Communications Specialist fluent in English and Quebecois French to join an established association in payroll. This role involves creating engaging content for public relations, supporting PR projects, and collaborating with Francophone members.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance French-language communication materials
  • Coordinate project calendar including events and communications
  • Create advertising, social media, and website content
  • Provide strategic advice for communications planning
  • Manage translation process between English and French
  • Lead projects and campaigns ensuring timely completion
  • Foster relationships with French-speaking members and stakeholders
  • Advise on bilingual communication best practices

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in communications, marketing, or public relations
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate communications
  • Proficiency in English and Quebecois French
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience with content management systems and social media
