Job Description

Employezz is looking for a skilled Content Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering, developing, and managing content in a global knowledge base used by a Virtual Agent.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to capture, catalogue, and govern knowledge.
  • Utilize content management systems to review, publish, and update content efficiently.
  • Write and edit complex information into clear, usable content when necessary.
  • Drive application of content standards across platforms for accuracy and alignment.
  • Analyze content performance metrics to improve Knowledge Management strategy.
