Job Description

We are seeking a Building Site Control Manager to oversee the planning, organization, and coordination of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC systems and excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Plan and organize construction projects
Analyze plans and control diagrams
Estimate project timelines
Coordinate workforce needs
Supervise electrical installations
Coordinate with other trades
Manage unexpected issues
Monitor budget and costs
Ensure quality control
Communicate with stakeholders
Close out projects efficiently

Qualifications

Vocational diploma in HVAC
Minimum 2 years experience in HVAC, heating, or cooling systems
Strong communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
