Join our team in the automotive/manufacturing sector as an HR Generalist. Responsible for onboarding, employee relations, recruitment, and training initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding
  • Address employee concerns and provide resolutions
  • Manage recruitment process from job posting to hiring
  • Develop and implement training programs
  • Lead initiatives to boost employee engagement
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Implement HR policies and procedures
  • Maintain employee records and handle HR-related documentation

Qualifications

  • 1.5 to 3 years of HR experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software
