Job Description

Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a focus on unitized curtain wall systems for a leader in the curtain wall industry.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage unitized curtain wall projects
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans
Oversee installation process and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Conduct site visits, prepare project reports, and mentor junior team members

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Minimum 7 years of project management experience
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
Proficiency in project management software and tools
