Responsibilities

Manage hourly and salary payroll
Drive recruitment efforts
Support employee lifecycle
Maintain HRIS system
Provide employee support
Oversee compensation and benefits programs

Qualifications

Post-secondary education in HR
3-5 years of HR and payroll experience
Experience in a unionized manufacturing environment
Knowledge of Dayforce HRIS or similar systems
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
