Responsibilities

Maintain a strong safety culture for all employees
Assemble accurate estimates and project set-up documents
Analyze drawings and specifications
Coordinate tender process and maintain client relationships
Assist in managing infrastructure projects

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent trade experience
Minimum 10 years of construction cost estimating and field experience
Experience with large General Contractors
Knowledge of bid preparation and contract terms
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
