Exciting opportunity to join the Ontario Transit Group on the Ontario Line project as a Station Contract Manager.
Track and manage contractual events, ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication. Coordinate with different teams and stakeholders to gather required information. Review subcontractor claims and payment applications for accuracy. Negotiate entitlement to variations with clients and supply chain. Chair contract management meetings and track progress.
5-10 years' experience in project coordination, preferably in construction. Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of contract administration. Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in data analysis and scheduling software.
