Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying, engaging, and selecting exceptional candidates while facilitating full-cycle recruitment activities for various roles across the organization. This position will be based out of the Canadian Head Office office located in Nisku, AB.

Responsibilities

Maintain and promote a strong safety culture for all employees, vendors, and customers.
Source candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
Develop job descriptions and align on effective recruitment strategies.
Conduct employee onboarding activities with a focus on delivering exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

Post secondary education in HR Management or related field.
3+ years of experience in full cycle recruitment.
Proficiency with software systems such as MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.
