Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying, engaging, and selecting exceptional candidates while facilitating full-cycle recruitment activities for various roles across the organization. This position will be based out of the Canadian Head Office office located in Nisku, AB.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and promote a strong safety culture for all employees, vendors, and customers.
  • Source candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Develop job descriptions and align on effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct employee onboarding activities with a focus on delivering exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Post secondary education in HR Management or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in full cycle recruitment.
  • Proficiency with software systems such as MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.
